Friendly atmosphere, Excellent staff with a sence of listening and helping. All staff calm and with smiling facesAll revellers seem happy and friendly, making new comers feel at home. A wonderful place that seems to take stress away no matter whatever takes you there ! There's plenty of secure car park, but you can discuss this further with the management. All their meals seem to be professionally and perfectly prepared and you can have further discussion with the management about any special meals and needs before hand. Excellently friendly and caring Landlord

I take my 94 year old mother to the kings arms every other week . Richard and his team always make us feel wonderfully welcome , the wheelchair ramp is always waiting for us . Today Richard lit the fire for us ( we were quite early ) with his flame thrower which mum found hilarious! Lovely food . Great people . Thanks Richard and everyone. Stephen

Stayed on the CL on site a couple of years ago, during covid. They were very well organised, considering the situation at the time, and would deliver food direct to your caravan, if you wanted. The pitches were alongside the beer garden (or a distance away if preferred), and you felt part of the "community" when the pub was open, and tranquil when closed. Just had another week on the CL. Excellent as ever, and great meal on our first night. Many thanks for another great week, John and Sandra.

Beef roast was well presented. Sliced beef was thick and tasty. Vegetables were excellent especially the cauliflower cheese.

Currently digesting one of the best meals I've had in ages. Tender roast pork with crunchy crackling, fantastic potatoes, carrots and parsnips and a delicious cauliflower cheese and veggies. Followed by an apple and blackberry crumble with some sort of warmed cream. The service was great, the atmosphere is friendly and calming with a warm hearth and nice decor. Honestly a great experience would recommend
